Join Us for an Upcoming Expungement Clinic

A past mistake shouldn’t define your future. That’s why Legal Aid Society is proud to partner with Goodwill Kentucky to host a series of Expungement Clinics designed to help individuals clear eligible records and move forward with confidence.

2026 Expungement Clinic Dates

March 20 – Elizabethtown

April 17 – Louisville
- Registration opens March 17
September 11 – Louisville
- Registration opens August 11
Grayson County Expungement Clinic - date to be determined.

What to Expect

Expungement can open doors to employment, housing, education, and stability. After you register for the clinic:

Goodwill will contact you to confirm your appointment time.
Prior to the clinic, Goodwill will request your unofficial background records from the Administrative Office of the Courts for the purpose of your expungement review.
When you arrive at the clinic, you will receive a copy of your background record.
You will sit down with an Legal Aid attorney to review your record together and determine what may be eligible for expungement.

This process helps ensure that your time at the clinic is focused, productive, and tailored to your specific circumstances.
