Legal Aid Society invites you to a free virtual expungement training on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Those interested in volunteering with the Legal Aid expungement program will hear from seasoned Legal Aid expungement attorneys on expungement eligibility basics, how to prepare expungement petitions, court procedures, and current issues surrounding Kentucky expungement. CLE accreditation is pending with the Kentucky Bar Association.

RSVP to Liz Tate at ltate@laslou.org. Those who RSVP will receive a link to a Zoom meeting. The event is free for Kentucky attorneys who agree to take 2 expungement cases pro bono or volunteer at one Legal Aid expungement clinic. Click here to see the 2022 Expungement Clinic schedule.
